  1. The reason i think so many of us in this country are obese is the fact that there are just too many fast food places for quick fixes. Most of us are no longer enjoying ‘the family dinner’. We as a community need to get back to the basics of good and healthier eating habits. We need to incorporate “The dinner table” back into our family time and limit the unhealthy choices of fast foods.
